Common video files up to 2 GB. Your plan sets the maximum length of a single video; the free plan is deliberately short enough to test with and long enough to be useful. A file that is too long is refused before it uploads, not after.

Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged only when it finishes. A failed or cancelled job returns the reservation to your balance automatically — you are never charged for clips you did not get.

Monthly credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing period and do not accumulate. Credit packs bought outright never expire and stay with the account even if you cancel. Plan credits are spent first, so a top-up is only touched once the monthly allowance is gone.

Yes, from your billing page — upgrade, downgrade, update your card, or cancel. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling leaves you on the free plan at the end of the current period. There is no email-us-to-cancel step.

Read the refund policy — it says plainly what is and is not refundable rather than leaving it to discretion.

For your plan's retention window, then they are deleted. Free accounts keep clips for 30 days and paid accounts for 90. We warn you by email before clips reach the end of that window, but the file really does go — download anything you want to keep permanently. The project and its details stay in your history either way.

The original is kept for about 24 hours so a failed job can be retried, then deleted. Only the clips it produced live out the retention window.

Clip selection uses third-party AI providers, which means your video or its transcript is sent to them for analysis. The privacy policy names every one of them. Nobody browses your uploads for fun, and we do not use your video to train anything of our own.

A share link is a long random URL and anyone holding it can download that one clip without an account — treat it like a password. Links expire on their own and you can revoke one at any time.

Yes, from your account settings, and it removes your projects, clips, and credit history. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want first.

You do, to exactly the extent you owned the video you uploaded. We claim no ownership of your footage or the clips cut from it.

Only if you have the right to. Uploading someone else's footage without permission is a breach of the terms, and the copyright policy explains how a rights holder reports it.

Depends on the plan. Where a plan watermarks output it is stated on the pricing page rather than discovered after you have paid.
